The Wellness

Wellness means being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal. Understanding wellness's significance is knowing how it's essential link to our health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), health is "a complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Human wellness is achieved when the core components are in a state of well-being. Below is the structure of the core components of the whole person.

c1) The will: the area of decisions

d) The body formed from the clay: the holder

c2) The self: the area of experience

b2) The mind: consciousness, the realm of knowledge

Notice the World Health Organisation phrase "a complete physical, mental and social well-being”. Cognitive includes spiritual and emotional wellness. One can be entirely responsible for one's inner wellness, which is paramount. Therefore, one must be trained well to handle one's inner health. It is like a good raincoat, protecting you from the rain when used intelligently. External wellness is essential; however, one cannot completely control it.

Our life is a journey which can be as sweet as honey or as bitter as amarogentin, which is one’s making. The ultimate wellness of our trip is from Annamaya Kosha to Anandamaya Kosha, or consciousness to transpersonal consciousness or spiritual ecstasy, which is perennial. Spiritual ecstasy is the life and well-being of the whole person. Wellness is multidimensional activities of body, mind and spirit. Our physical unwellness can have an impact on our spiritual and mental wellness. Likewise, our spiritual or mental unwellness affects us as a whole person; our wellness and wholeness depend upon how we conduct our lives. For example, our physical well-being largely depends upon what and how we eat and drink. Sometimes, what is called healthy or pranic food is not suitable for our digestive system.
